I pause to caress the soft velvet of a yellow tea rose each bud unfolds revealing the delicate gold at its core each petal sprinkled with the dew of dawn brings forth the promise of a new day unblemished by sorrow, the angst of life each thorn a reminder that Jesus too wore a crown of thorns that He suffered for us, that we might find Eternal life c2009 Back to Main Page
